Gute Wünsche
"Viele Dinge bekommen einen neuen Reiz, wenn sie in gewissen Abständen überdacht und weiterentwickelt werden. Es ist ein interessanter Gedanke, die Möglichkeiten des vor etwa fünfundzwanzig Jahren entwickelten so genannten Haus- Not –Rufs zu überdenken.
Heute versteht man darunter zumeist eine an eine Zentrale angeschlossene bezahlte Kontaktadresse. Der Haus- Not- Ruf ist meiner Erfahrung nach auf Not fokussiert. Das stimmt für viele Alleinstehende und an das Haus gebundene Menschen so nicht mehr, zumindest für die so genannten jungen Alten und den Bereich des betreuten Wohnens.
Es ist lohnenswert ein Hausrufsystem nicht nur auf die Hilflosigkeit älterer Menschen abzustellen, sondern das ganze Umfeld eines Menschen in den Blick zu nehmen und miteinander zu verknüpfen.
Die heute zumeist separat agierenden Kontaktfelder im Umfeld eines Menschen könnten so überbrückt, Menschen miteinander in Verbindung gebracht und Menschen das Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben werden. So könnten Informationen weitergegeben und dem Leben mehr Farbe vermittelt werden. Bei manchen Menschen, zu denen ich im Laufe des Monats komme, sind die Caritasmitarbeiterin und ich die einzigen Außenbeziehungen.
Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass auch eine Kirchengemeinde in einem solchen Haus-Ruf - System mitmacht. Die Chance solcher interaktiven Strukturen leuchtet mir ein.
Da bleibt der Mensch nicht eine antlitzlose Nummer. Die christliche Grundhaltung, dass jeder Mensch ein einmaliges Individuum, vom Geist geprägt und der Leib die Ausdrucksweise des Geistes ist, kommt dadurch zum Ausdruck.
Zum christlichen Menschenbild gehört es, ernst zu nehmen, dass der Mensch Leib und Seele ist. Dieser Leib ist die Ausdrucksgestalt der Person und dieser Leib in seiner Gebrechlichkeit bedarf der besonderen Zuwendung.
Ja, wir Menschen sind Wesen, die über ihre leibhaftige Verfasstheit, zu der auch Leiden und Sterben gehören, hinaus denken und hinübersehnen können. Wir können über unseren eigenen Tod hinaus denken. Alle diese Dimensionen gilt es als Christ mit zu bedenken. Ein umfassenderes System als das heutige trägt in sich zumindest die Möglichkeit, den ganzen Menschen mit Leiden und Sterben ernst zu nehmen und zur Geltung zu bringen. Hierhin gehört auch das ehrenamtliche Engagement der Hilfe Älterer für Ältere, das man heute schon ohne große Organisation von außen in manchen Wohnsiedlungen findet und das immer mehr kommen wird.
Für mich gibt es kein besseres Vorbild für den Facettenreichtum menschlichen Lebens als den Umgang Jesu Christi mit Leben; Leiden, Tod und Auferstehung.
Ich wünsche allen, die sich im Dienste von Älteren, Kranken, Behinderten, Alleinstehenden um die Weiterentwicklung des Haus- Not- Rufs bemühen den Mut neue Schritte zu gehen.
Es bedarf der Vordenker, die fest gefügte Strukturen anfragen. Ich habe Herrn Hormann schon vor zwei Jahrzehnten als einen solchen Vordenker kennen gelernt. Sicherlich bietet der Haus- Not- Ruf- Dienst - ich finde Hausrufdienst besser- Chancen, um einen erweiterten Kommunikationszusammenhang zu entwickeln, der dem Menschen noch mehr dient.

“Muitas coisas adquirem um novo charme quando são repensadas e desenvolvidas de tempo em tempo. É uma ídeia interessante, repensar o denominado Chamado de Emergência em Domicílio, desenvolvido há 25 anos atrás”.
Nós hoje conhecemos esse serviço pago como um endereço de contato conectado com uma central. O Chamado de Emergência em Domicílio, ao meu ver, está focalizado em uma situação de emergência. Isso já não se aplica mais a muitas pessoas que vivem sozinhas, que não têm condições de deixar as suas residências sozinhas, e inclusive não se aplica aos denominados jovens da terceira idade e a pessoas que vivem em residências monitoradas.
Acho que devemos tentar desenvolver o sistema de Chamado de Emergência em Domicílio não somente para atender os idosos que não têm condições de se cuidarem sozinhos, mas para visualizar e conectar todo o ambiente de uma pessoa.
Assim, os contatos sociais que hoje atuam via de regra separadamente no dia a dia de uma pessoa podem ser vinculados, as pessoas podem ser colocadas em contato, proporcionando uma sensação de segurança. Isso facilita o encaminhamento de informações e ao mesmo tempo torna a vida mais colorida. Para algumas pessoas que eu visito, as colaboradoras da Caritas e eu somos as únicas pessoas de contato com o mundo externo.
Posso imaginar que também a comunidade da igreja gostaria de participar desse sistema de Chamado de Emergência em Domicílio. No meu entendimento, estas estruturas interativas possuem uma grande chance.
Aqui o ser humano não é somente um número sem personalidade própria. Aqui podemos expressar a atitude cristã de que cada pessoa é um indivíduo único, caracterizado pelo espírito, e que o corpo é a expressão do espírito.
Faz parte da visão cristã do ser humano que o homem é composto de corpo e alma. Esse corpo é a forma de expressão da pessoa e esse corpo precisa da atenção especial quando está debilitado.
Sim, nós somos seres que sabem enxergar além de seu estado físico, do qual o sofrimento e a morte também fazem parte, que sentem esse vínculo. Sabemos pensar além de nossa própria morte. Como cristãos, temos que considerar todas essas dimensões. Um sistema mais abrangente do que o que temos hoje inclui ao menos a possibilidade de levar a sério e fazer jus ao ser humano completo, incluindo o sofrimento e a morte. Nesse contexto também precisamos mencionar o nosso trabalho voluntário Ajuda de Idosos para Idosos, que hoje já encontramos em alguns bairros, sem grandes organizações de apoio, e que certamente parece ser o modelo do futuro.
Para mim não há exemplo melhor para a riqueza de aspectos da vida humana do que a atitude de nosso Jesus Cristo em relação à vida; ao sofrimento, à morte e ressurreição.
Desejo a todos que estão empenhados no desenvolvimento contínuo do sistema de Chamado de Emergência em Domicílio em prol dos idosos, enfermos, deficientes e sozinhos que tenham a coragem de dar novos passos.
Precisamos de pessoas com espírito inovador para questionar as estruturas rígidas. Conheço o Sr. Hormann há vinte anos e sei que ele possui esse espírito inovador. Certamente o serviço do Chamado de Emergência em Domicílio – eu pessoalmente prefiro denominá-lo simplesmente de Chamado Domiciliar – oferece chances para desenvolver um contexto de comunicação mais amplo, ainda mais a serviço dos homens.

“Many things acquire a new charm when they are rethought and developed from time to time. To rethink the so called Emergency Home Call, developed 25 years ago is an interesting idea”.
Today we know this paid service, as a contact address connected to a central station. The Emergency Home Call, in my opinion, is focused in an emergency situation. This no longer applies to people who live alone, who are unable to leave their residences on their own, and it does not even apply to the younger senior citizens or people living in assisted living housing.
I think we need to try to develop the Emergency Home Call to not only take care of the elderly unable to care for themselves, but to visualize and connect a person’s whole environment.
Thus, today the social contacts that, as a rule, interact separately in a person’s day to day could be connected. These people can be put in contact with each other, providing a safety feeling. This eases the information flow while at the same time turns life more colorful. For some people I visit, the Caritas volunteers and I are the only contacts with the outside world.
I can imagine that the church community would also want to participate in this Emergency Home Call system. In my understanding, these interactive structures hold a great potential.
Here the human being is not only a number without its own personality. Here we can express the Christian attitude that each person is a unique individual, characterized by the spirit, and that the body is the spirit’s expression.
Part of the Christian view of the human being is that man is the combination of body and soul. That body is the person’s way of expression and it requires special attention when weakened.
Yes, we are entities who know how to look beyond the physical condition, whereby suffering and death also play a part, who feel that link. We know how to think beyond our own death. As Christians, we have to consider all these dimensions. A more reaching system from the one we have today, includes at least the possibility of taking seriously and do justice to the human being as a whole, including suffering and death. In this context it is also necessary to mention our volunteer work Elderly Helping the Elderly, which today is already found in some neighborhoods, without big support organizations, and that certainly seems to be the model for the future.
For me, there is not a better example of the wealth of human life aspects than our Jesus Christ’s attitude towards life, suffering, death and resurrection.
I wish that all those involved in the continuous development of the Emergency Home Call in favor of the elderly, sick, handicapped and lonely have the courage to make new moves.
We need people with an innovative spirit to question rigid structures. I’ve known Mr. Hormann for twenty years and I know that he possesses that innovative spirit. Clearly the Emergency Home Call service – I personally prefer to call it simply Home Call – offers opportunities to develop a broader communication context, even more to man’s service.
